Road Collectibles LLC is the “parent” company of all our endeavors and was
born in 1998 while we were stationed in Germany near the Deutsche Weinstrasse
(hence the name Wine Road). We loved
our 3 years in Germany and made many business contacts while there. These overseas alliances allow us to bring
some very fine European antiques and folk art collectibles to our customers
in the US.
Our business has grown immensely since its
inception in 1998. We now have 2 web
sites – www.polishpotteryshop.com
(Polish pottery) and www.bringhometheworld.com
(antiques and other collectibles). We
are a major importer of European antiques and folk art items. Polish pottery has been a particularly
popular item – we currently sell pottery from 6 factories in Boleslawiec and
offer the largest and most varied selection of Polish pottery in the
U.S. As of 4/04 we have a brand new
store in VA – on the Square at Port Warwick, Newport News, and we maintain 2
